Putting a fresh spin on traditional Celtic music, the Jordan Tirrell-Wysocki Trio delivers a dynamic show full of lively fiddle tunes, haunting airs and classic Irish sing-alongs. Fiddler/singer Jordan Tirrell-Wysocki is joined by fellow New Hampshire natives Matt Jensen on guitar and Chris Noyes on upright bass. Their shows blend the music of Ireland and Scotland with their own original material, drawing on multiple genres to produce a unique sound that has been described as “larger-than-life” and “brisk, lean and exceedingly lovely.” In 2013 Jordan was awarded the title of “Master Artist” by the NH State Council On The Arts, and later named “Best Fiddler 2016” by NH Magazine. He has collaborated with names such as Máiréad Nesbitt (Celtic Woman, Lord Of The Dance), Ciaran Nagle (Riverdance, Ishna) and Ernest Thompson (On Golden Pond). He composed the new Emmy-nominated theme music for New Hampshire Chronicle, and the Trio formed the core band that recorded it. They have appeared live on NHPR’s “The Folk Show,” provided music for projects ranging from holiday variety shows to TED Talks, and their albums can be heard on radio stations around the British Isles as well as here in New England. They perform regularly at listening rooms, concert halls, private events and festivals.

“Clean and smooth like a cloudless Celtic sky… One of the most popular and most appreciated Celtic bands here in New Hampshire.” -Kate McNally, NHPR’s The Folk Show

“Bright, crisp and energetic,” – Boston Irish Reporter

“Excels at sweeping musical beauty…Tirrell-Wysocki’s fiddle is brisk, lean, and exceedingly lovely…One can feel the strength and resolve of the people who have nurtured this music over the centuries…The fiddle practically cries with emotion throughout its melodic journey while true old world charm fills up the backdrop.” – Bill Copeland Music News
